Message:	My name is Jenna and I am the granddaughter of one of your patients who was with you. I wanted to say thank you to you but I was too upset. Thank you for being so kind to my grandma and looking after her. This is such a painful time as I am so close to her but seeing her and meeting the people caring for her has given me some peace.
