Giving in memory
Your help really does make a difference to lives. By giving in memory of a loved one you will be helping the Hospice to continue to provide a special way of caring for the future years.
There are many ways you can offer support and celebrate the life and memory of family or a friend:
Donation in lieu of funeral flowers
The Hospice can provide collection envelopes and enable supporters to gift aid their donation. This can increase the value by over 25%. To request envelopes please speak to or email the fundraising team or your funeral director.
Make a regular gift
A small regular gift allows us to make plans for the future to support our care. Simply click on the link, email us or call the fundraising team on 01254 733410 for more information.
One-off donation
You can make a donation to the Hospice simply by clicking on the link or you can send a cheque (made payable to 'East Lancashire Hospice') to the address below
Leave a gift in your will
A gift in your will enables the Hospice to continue our special way of caring for local people. It could also have tax benefits. If your estate is liable for Inheritance Tax, you could reduce the amount due by choosing to give to your chosen charity.
You can either leave a fixed sum (known as a 'Pecuniary Legacy') or part or all of your estate once the other gifts have been distributed (known as a 'Residuary Legacy')
