East Lancashire Hospice

Lottery supporter will hit jackpot next week!

One lucky hospice supporter will become our biggest ever winner next week.

The hospice lottery rollover, which must be won on Friday’s (29th) draw will reach a staggering £10,000.

The prize pot has been growing since it was last won 40 weeks ago. Up to now, no-one has won the rollover, meaning the amount has been increasing by £250 each week. The hospice has given away amounts in excess of £9,000 previously, but next week’s bumper prize will be the largest single amount to be won since the lottery began 11 years ago.

Lottery co-ordinator Gill Graham said it’s a very exciting time: “The best part of my job is watching the winning numbers appear on the automated system each Friday and contacting the winners of the top prizes. But next week will be the most exciting one yet when we inform a hospice supporter that they’ve won the top prize. It’s going to make their Summer!”

The usual smaller prizes of £1,000, £100 and 15 £10 prizes will still be won as usual in the draw, which provides a regular income for the hospice to help care for its patients and their families.

The lottery costs just £1 per week to play and new members who sign up with their credit or debit card will be entered into next week’s draw, with the chance to win the huge prize. To register in time for next week’s draw click here. For more information call 01254 733416.
