Post Title: Post 1: Palliative Care Physiotherapist (18 hours)

Accountable to: Clinical Lead – Support and Wellbeing Service

Type of Contract: Permanent WTE £29,179 Pro-rata for 18 hrs £14,006

This post involves regular, direct unsupervised access to vulnerable adults and therefore is exempt from the rehabilitation of offenders Act 1974

As part of an exciting re-design of our current wellbeing and support programmes, we are looking to recruit proactive passionate individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and making a real difference.  Excellent communication skills, flexibility in approach and the ability to empower and motivate individuals, teams and groups are all integral to the role along with a proven awareness of the benefits therapeutic activity can offer for patients presenting with complex needs.
