Sunflower Memories

Join us as we come together as a community to celebrate the lives of those who have died and remember cherished memories.
Make a donation to receive your beautiful wooden sunflower plaque, bearing the name of your loved one. Your sunflower can be displayed in the Hospice gardens for the event, or sent to you in the post to plant in your own garden as a lasting tribute.
The day will feature lives music, a variety of stalls, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere – offering the perfect opportunity to reflect, remember and celebrate tho who hold a special place in our hearts.
