Sunflower Memory Garden

Sunflower Memory Garden

🌻 Celebrate cherished memories and be part of our Sunflower Memory Garden.

Sunflowers with their bright and uplifting appearance symbolise hope, adoration, and the strength to withstand challenges. In our memory garden, the sunflowers represent cherished memories between you and your loved ones.

Join us in celebration as we plant the sunflower plaques in the hospice garden, or choose to have yours sent home for lasting tribute.

❓ How does the Sunflower Memory Garden work?

Make your donation in memory of a loved one to receive a beautiful wooden sunflower plaque, bearing their name. This can be planted in our garden or sent out for you at home.

All we ask is a minimum suggested donation of £8 per plaque (1 plaque per name), or if you would like to make your donation into a personal dedication by uploading an image and message please visit our Sunflower Dedication page here.

Don't forget to join us in celebration as we come together to remember the lives of our loved ones in the hospice garden. Enjoy live music, singing and the opportunity to purchase from our stalls, including refreshments.
