Ian Willock - Trustee

Ian started as an apprentice at Mullards in Blackburn and from there went onto work for Phillips in various capacities, eventually becoming Assistant Production Manager in Durham and Plant Director in Wahington New Town.   During this time, Ian studied for the degree of Master in Business Science which he was awarded from Manchester University in 1977.

Four decades after Ian first started his apprenticeship at Mullards, he returned as Plant Director responsible for their sites in both Blackburn and Simonstone and was later promoted to work on international management teams whose focus was to improve manufacturing processes in factories around the world.
