Paul Hinnigan - Trustee

Paul is a professionally qualified accountant (FCMA) and brings significant financial and general management experience to the Board.

He has over 30 years’ experience as a Director of Finance, Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Executive in the NHS including more than 10 years as a Non-Executive Director. He has worked in both Acute (hospital) Trust and Primary Care Trust settings.

After an NHS reorganisation he took early retirement and then ran his own consultancy company providing financial management services for several years.

Outside of work, Paul is a keen football fan, holding a season ticket for Blackburn Rovers.
