East Lancashire Hospice

Minihan Group

Minihan PhotographI’m Janice, founding director of Minihan Group alongside my husband, David.

We’re Australians who moved from Brisbane to Burnley in 2014. We’ve been active property investors since 2007 and own property in Australia, as well as here in Lancashire.

At Minihan Group we stand for one very important thing – creating the win-win. We simply won’t get involved in any deal that isn’t a win-win for all parties involved. That’s how you create long lasting, successful relationships with good people who do good things. If we do the right thing by our investors and all who we deal with, we know we will be successful. And then by extension, if you’re on board with us, you will be too.

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved with Minihan Group to this point. We have a growing team here internally and an ever expanding network of investors who are a pleasure to work with.

1)Why is your business a supporter of East Lancashire Hospice?

Minihan Group's founders Janice and David are big on supporting the local community and giving back where possible. They actually met 20 years ago volunteering in the Children's Hospital in Brisbane, Australia.

2) What does being an Enterprise Hero mean to you?

For us, it means that we can be connected to a wonderful organisation who do amazing things for families going through a really tough and traumatic time.

3) Why should other Companies become an Enterprise Hero?

For as little as £1/day, you are contributing to a really worthy cause who rely on donations to do what they do. If all businesses participated, imagine what the Hospice could do to further enhance the experience of families they support.
