Sara Knagg-Whiteley

Sara is the Director and Head of Business Transformation at Carris Consulting, where she leads health and safety strategies across numerous sectors. She specialises in risk assessment, compliance, auditing, accident investigation, and occupational health. Her leadership ensures organisations adopt effective safety cultures and maintain regulatory compliance.

Sara has been an active fundraiser and supporter of East Lancashire Hospice for 20+ years and is looking forward to bringing her skills to support the hospice as a trustee.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys live comedy and theatre trips with her husband.
