Volunteer Befriending services
Do you notice when you exchange a smile with a stranger in the street they seem happier? How about actively listening when chatting to a person at your local shop? Or maybe you wave a hello to the lonely neighbour across the street whenever you see them because it feels natural and like a nice thing to do?
For some, none of this is easy.
East Lancashire Hospice are looking for people like you to be a part of our volunteer befriending team to support patients and their families.
